Orders and customer service
Shopify hosts this store and provides checkout and payment services. To fulfil a purchase, we share the order details needed for delivery with CJdropshipping (Yiwu Cujia Trading Co., Ltd.) in China and the carriers handling the parcel. These may include your name, shipping address, purchased items, and contact details needed for shipment updates or customs. We use this information to perform the sales contract, respond to delivery problems and meet legal obligations. Our customer-service mailbox is hosted by Google Gmail.
Order and delivery information is processed internationally, including in China and the country of delivery. Service providers may also process information in other countries. Contact us for information about the recipients and transfer arrangements relevant to your order.
Advertising and your cookie choices
We use Meta's pixel to measure advertisements and show relevant advertising. If you allow marketing cookies, Meta can receive browser information such as pages viewed, products added to a cart, checkout and purchase events, device and browser details, identifiers and IP address. Meta may associate this with your use of its services. See Meta's privacy policy.
Our selected Shopify integration uses browser-based data sharing. Advanced matching and the server-based Conversions API are not enabled. Optional marketing tracking depends on your consent. You can decline optional cookies or change your choice through Cookie preferences in the store footer. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already carried out lawfully.
Your rights and retention
We retain information for as long as needed to fulfil orders, resolve complaints and comply with applicable record-keeping obligations. Depending on applicable law, you can ask for access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability, object to processing and withdraw consent. Contact foldvalesupport@gmail.com.
