Your order

The product description identifies the items included in your purchase. Suitcases, clothing and other props shown in photographs are excluded unless the description expressly includes them. Colours may appear differently on different screens.

Review the selected items, delivery address, currency and final amount before placing an order. Your order confirmation records the details of the purchase. If a stock or pricing problem prevents us from supplying the order, we will contact you promptly and offer an appropriate solution or refund. We will not charge an increased price without your agreement.

Delivery, cancellation and returns

Our shipping policy explains the delivery estimate and any applicable import arrangements. Our returns policy explains change-of-mind returns and remedies for problems with the goods. Contact us promptly if you need to change or cancel an order. Dispatch may prevent changes to the parcel, but does not remove applicable cancellation or consumer rights.

Complaints and consumer rights

Contact foldvalesupport@gmail.com with your order number and the problem you want resolved. We handle your complaint even when a supplier or carrier fulfils the order.

Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer guarantees, lawful cancellation rights or remedies under applicable law, including the Australian Consumer Law, New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act and applicable US and Canadian consumer protections where they apply.
